Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products to and from the storage facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock levels.
- Monitor temperature logs and environmental controls to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory shortages or damages.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a cold storage, warehouse, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification (we provide training).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
