Responsibilities
- Move, pack, and ship products efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inspect and organize inventory to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 49 lbs (and occasionally up to 70 lbs with assistance).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Basic English language skills for reading safety signs and following instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
