Responsibilities
- Load and unload palletized goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update stock levels accurately.
- Follow strict temperature control protocols to ensure product integrity.
- Assist in the organization of storage aisles and racking systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (below 35°F) for extended periods.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
