Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer specifications and accuracy standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Ensure the cold storage environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Perform regular quality checks on stored goods to prevent spoilage or damage.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 30°F to 40°F.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver's license required.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
