Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Verify product quantities and specifications against work orders using handheld scanners.
- Label packages correctly and ensure proper packaging materials are used for safe transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Perform basic quality control checks to prevent shipping errors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
