Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (provided by Amazon) to move inventory safely.
- Sort, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand for long periods on concrete surfaces.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, etc.).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
