Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify incoming and outgoing merchandise with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Utilize handheld scanners (RF devices) to process orders and update inventory.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes and peak hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, outdoor areas).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read digital instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime, flexible shifts, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
