Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to guidelines.
- Scan and label products using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to use handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (e.g., refrigerated areas, outdoor loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
