Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Assist in inventory management, including accurate stock counts and organization of storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and navigating warehouse environments.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory.
