Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including scanners and conveyors, safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and goals.
- Verify product quality and accuracy during the picking and packing process.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (warehouses can be hot or cold).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
