Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure all safety features are functioning correctly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and logging stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and optimal warehouse organization.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL or specific forklift certification required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and logging.
- Valid Driver's License.
