Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, sort, and scan incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Picking & Packing: Select items from shelves and prepare them for shipment with precision and care.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA and Amazon safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
- Customer Service: Handle returns and exchanges efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Shift Operations: Support inbound and outbound logistics operations across various shifts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: We welcome applicants with little to no background in warehousing.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic Literacy: Basic reading and writing skills required for scanning and logging inventory.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in fast-paced environments.
- Reliability: Ability to arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.
