Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify quantities and product codes using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Prepare and package items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if certified).
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory verification.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
