Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a history of consistent attendance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
