Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure the fulfillment workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Inspect products for quality defects and process returns efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and other associates to meet daily performance targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
