Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, operational standards, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance goals and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 10+ hours per shift).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
