Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and freight containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in the designated warehouse areas efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment to ensure accurate inventory tracking and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous warehouse or logistics experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including temperature-controlled environments and outdoor loading docks.
- Drug-free and willing to pass a background check.
