Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Verify product labels and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect packaging materials for damage and ensure secure closure.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
