Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and package products for shipping and distribution.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training!).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
