Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and perform stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity goals and operational standards.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of debris to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience is accepted.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly; ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (tablet usage).
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
