Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not required for qualified candidates).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn RF scanner technology.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night environment.
