Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently to designated storage areas.
- Stack pallets in the freezer and cooler sections while maintaining organization.
- Perform inventory counts and check shipments for accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No experience required – we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Comfortable working in extreme cold temperatures (below 40°F).
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
