Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders with precision to ensure product safety and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory accurately.
- Inspect merchandise for defects, damages, or quality issues prior to packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping quotas and deadlines.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during a shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and barcodes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- No prior experience required; paid on-the-job training is provided.
