Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the freezer and cooler sections.
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to transport heavy goods safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (32°F and below).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Valid forklift certification (if required).
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
