Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety standards.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled facilities).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
