Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and updating the warehouse management system in real-time.
- Monitor and adjust storage temperatures to ensure compliance with food safety and cold chain regulations.
- Organize and stack products neatly in designated aisles to maximize space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the work area and report potential hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures ranging from 20°F to 40°F).
- Physically fit to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration.
