Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for all roles).
- Must pass a drug screen (background check waived for qualified candidates).
