Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and inventory products within the cold storage facility to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and staging of orders for timely shipment.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to prevent damage or spoilage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, cold storage, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Willingness to work in extreme temperatures and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
