Responsibilities
- Pack items securely and efficiently according to established shipping guidelines.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips to minimize errors and returns.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and maintaining floor organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
