Responsibilities
- Staging, picking, packing, and verifying merchandise for shipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with all regulations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Meeting daily productivity goals and quality metrics set by management.
- Following all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
- Performing inventory checks and reporting discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment requiring constant standing, walking, and lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate handheld scanners.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and move merchandise weighing up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to participate in mandatory safety training.
