Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity controls in refrigerated and frozen zones
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environments
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation and quality control protocols
- Conduct daily safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient product loading/unloading
- Complete accurate inventory documentation using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
