Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Streamline workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
