Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control procedures using WMS technology
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient dock scheduling
- Conduct regular equipment safety checks and maintenance coordination
- Generate performance reports and optimize workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team communication
- Experience with lean inventory methodologies
