Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Conduct regular cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience (supervisory a plus)
- Forklift certification (provided during training if needed)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in inventory management software (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license required
