Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 5-8 warehouse staff on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Optimize workflow to meet productivity targets
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex concerns to management
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for tracking
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift operation certification (OSHA-approved)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
