Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and organize perishable inventory with precision
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers efficiently
- Use inventory management software (RF scanning)
- Perform temperature monitoring and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Flexibility for weekend/night shifts
- Pass background/drug screening
