Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize RF (Radio Frequency) scanners and handheld devices to verify inventory and scan barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for qualified candidates.
