Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory safely and legally.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock rotation to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workplace guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
