As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. We value hard work, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and goals.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (warehouses are climate-controlled).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
