Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor and maintain accurate temperature logs to ensure strict compliance with safety and product quality standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations while working in extreme cold environments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or cold storage environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
