Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products in controlled environments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and GMP protocols for food/pharmaceutical safety
- Monitor and report temperature deviations in storage areas
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Sanitize equipment and storage spaces using industrial-grade cleaners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cold chain workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends as needed
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
