Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure accurate picking and packing.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily quotas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on feet.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
