Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
