Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products within the temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Monitor and log temperature data to ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform daily inventory checks using handheld scanning devices and management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in stock rotation and pallet organization to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld inventory scanners.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
