Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers according to safety standards.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues before and during shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be willing to undergo forklift certification training.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
