Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and shipping containers using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Package and label products securely for shipment.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate scanning devices and handheld computers to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
