Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely
- Conduct inventory audits and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize pallets efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all storage zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
