Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity in refrigerated facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in frozen/cool zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and sanitize equipment per HACCP standards
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments using RF scanners
- Document inventory movements in WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent
