Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in warehouse
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Verify inventory counts and update warehouse management system
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily production targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Park area
