Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts in high-traffic warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and stage materials for distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with weekend team leads for operational efficiency
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Georgia driver's preferred
